The Fourth of July Weekend with Family

Casey, Dave, Jacob, Nathan, and Mary-Elizabeth came down to Dallas for the 4th of July! We all had so much fun! Andrew loved getting to spend so much time with his cousins.

Andrew played very hard while his cousins were here. His favorite thing to do with his cousins was to run and jump on the air mattress. He would laugh and laugh with them.

During the weekend, we went to Chuy's for dinner and went to the 5 and 10 cent toy store. Things really aren't 5 and 10 cents! Dave, my brother-in-law, learned that while we were at the toy store! Ha! We had so much fun playing with all of the toys during the weekend.

Casey, Mary-Elizabeth, and I went to the American Girl Store and M.E. got the doll of the year! We got manis and pedis at my favorite place! Then we went to a the Chocolate Angel for lunch. It is a tea room and a perfect lunch place for a girls day!

We went swimming at The James's house at afternoon and then headed to grab some BBQ for dinner. Brad, Dave, Jacob, and Mary-Elizabeth went to see fireworks. Nathan, Casey, Andrew, and I stayed home. Nathan helped me put Andrew to bed and then we made cookies and a cookie cake. Nathan decorated it for the 4th of July.

On Sunday we went to Hawaiian Falls. Andrew really loved going down the little slide at the water park. Brad would walk with him up to the top of the slide while I waited at the bottom. Andrew would go down by himself and I would catch him. I think we did that about 50 times!

On Monday, the Petry's had to leave. We were sad to seem them go, but so glad for all of the great memories! We were having so much fun that we forgot to take many pictures!!!
