Andrew's First Graduation!

Mark your calendars! Andrew is having his first graduation and boy is he excited!! No, he is not ready for kindergarten graduation... He is our little genius, but we think we'll try pre-school in a few years first!

Andrew is having his helmet graduation on August 27th at 3:30 p.m. We will be taking him to Cranial Technologies for his final visit! YEAH! On his final visit he will get pictures of his head taken and final measurements. We even get to keep a mold of his head... not so sure what we'll do with that! Andrew's head is doing great and we have seen awesome improvement since he started wearing the band. He will have worn the band almost exactly three months. We got it on May 28th and they told us he would probably have it for 8 months! We were prepared for the long road, but are very thankful he only needs one band and that he had it for such a short period of time.

You might be wondering what is next for Andrew after his helmet graduation! We believe it will be lots of bumps, bruises, and crying. Andrew uses his helmet to plow through things when he is playing and when he bumps into things, he just keeps going. We are going to have to practice the right way to use our head when the helmet comes off. I am sure he'll figure it out!

Anyway, I am back at work now and things are going well. Andrew loves his class at daycare. There are 4 boys (including Andrew) and 1 new little girl that just started. He enjoys playing with his teachers and friends at daycare. I do love to come pick him up as soon as I can after work!
